La discriminación por orientación sexual es ilegal según la ley vigente, dice la EEOC


La agencia federal dice que la discriminación contra los empleados LGBT es equivalente a la discriminación sexual. La Comisión de Igualdad de Oportunidades en el Empleo (EEOC) acaba de cambiar el campo de juego en términos de protección laboral para las personas que se identifican como lesbianas, homosexuales, bisexuales o transgénero (LGBTQ).
