Law firms and Attorneys fill out a request for membership form. One of our legal Analysts performs an extensive research about the background, credentials and past complaints, if any. The application is then forwarded to a committee who reviews the application and issues a recommendation for further processing.
3. What can I expect when I call your 24 hour hotline?
Calls are received by interviewers who gather basic contact information about you and the legal matter. This information is then forwarded to a legal analyst who will process this information.
The interviewers and the analysts are not attorneys but the have been carefully trained to assess each case. If it is determined that legal assistance is the best option, you will be referred to the closest experienced attorney.

5. When I meet with the attorney, what do I need to bring?
We highly recommend that you write down all questions you may have about your case. You should also bring all relevant documentation such as contracts, leases, pictures, statements and contact information of the other party involved.
